One of my favorite hand tools right now is my somewhat new 6″ Crown Brass Back Gent’s Saw. I just picked this baby up late last year, and I’m real happy with it. It only cost me about 18 bucks, but sometimes it is the simple toys that make me happy. I mainly use it for cutting box joints & dovetails. If 6″ is not the right size for you, they also make this one in an 8″ and a 4″…but for me the 6″ is just right.
